Depression looks like...​

  • Low mood

  • Eating more or less than normal

  • Sleeping more or less than normal

  • Loss of interest in normally enjoyable things

  • Increased agitation or feeling numb

  • Fatigue or low energy

  • Feelings of excessive worthlessness, guilt, 

  • Difficulty thinking, focusing, and/or decision-making

  • Recurrent thoughts of death, particularly of your own 

Anxiety looks like...

  • Excessive anxiety or worry occurring more days than not

  • Difficulty controlling said anxiety or worry
